Just in case someone stumbles over this old question.
Prior to FeynCalc 9.3 there was no proper way to deal with things like
C x^T C^{-1}. Since FeynCalc 9.3 you can use FCCCT (FCChargeConjugateTransposed):

FCCCT[GA[a, b, c, d]] // Explicit
