OK.thank you for your quick reply.Yet I have another problem,why does OneLoopSimplify return zero for "(2^(1-D) \[Pi]^(-D/2) g^2)/(q^2-ms^2 Subscript[\[Xi], S(Gen3)])" that is the self energy bubble of a scalar?
Is it due to counter terms? If so how can I turn them off?
