1) AFAIK FeynRules usually adds a gauge parameter to the propgators of
all bosonic particles. Even if it is just a scalar, it will get some
"xi" multiplying the mass. I don't see why it is a problem for you to
set it to 1?

2) Please don't use OneLoop:
