The problem seems to be that FeynArts added an attribute to
FeynAmpDenominator which FeynCalc gets confused with.

So if you add

ClearAttributes[FeynAmpDenominator, Orderless];

just after loading FeynCalc (with FeynArts 3.4), then things are fine.
