I had installed FeynCalc 9.3.1 and Feynarts 3.11(offline automatic installation). But when I was learning about $\phi^4$ theory and the input the example "Phi Phi scattering at 1-loop" in mathematica notebook, I found that Feynarts may not work.
Firstly, I input the code of"Generate Feynman diagrams", the result was"$Aborted" and reported a message "InitializeModel: cannot open phi4\phi4.mod", it cannot generate the diagrams!
Secondly, when I input
amp[0] = FCFAConvert[CreateFeynAmp[diags, PreFactor -> 1],
     IncomingMomenta -> {p1, p2}, OutgoingMomenta -> {k1, k2},
     LoopMomenta -> {q}, ChangeDimension -> D, List -> False,
     FinalSubstitutions -> {Mphi -> m}]
the result was
"FCFAConvert(CreateFeynAmp(diags,PreFactor->1),IncomingMomenta->{p1,p2},OutgoingMomenta->{k1,k2},LoopMomenta->{q},ChangeDimension->D,List->False,FinalSubstitutions->{Mphi->m}) ",
instead of
$\frac{g^{2}}{2\left(q^{2}-m^{2}\right) \cdot\left(\left(-k_{1}-k_{2}+q\right)^{2}-m^{2}\right)}+\frac{g^{2}}{2\left(q^{2}-m^{2}\right) \cdot\left(\left(-k_{1}+p_{2}+q\right)^{2}-m^{2}\right)}+\frac{g^{2}}{2\left(q^{2}-m^{2}\right) \cdot\left(\left(-k_{2}+p_{2}+q\right)^{2}-m^{2}\right)} $.
Is that $LoadAddOns = {"FeynArts"} not work?
