To be precise, it is a regression caused by myself being not careful
enough while refactoring the source code of TARCER.

On the other hand, it was a good opportunity to clean up TARCER.m so
that now it is much more readable (the original TARCER.m was converted
from TARCER.nb and it was hardly human readable).

Anyway, now it is fixed
