In fact I'm using Feyncal 9.2. The problem arises when I'm using ToTFI consecutively with my two examples. It is only resolved if I'm computing every term of my sum of two loop Integrals separately after reloading ToTFI explicitly every time. But I suppose that should not be the case right?
