Strange, I tested it again (Mathematica 11.0.1, Fedora 25) but I'm not
able to reproduce your issue.

What Mathematica version are you using? What OS?

Can you try to manually delete the FeynCalc directory in
FileNameJoin[{$UserBaseDirectory, "Applications"}] before using the
installer?
