sorry, the correct command should be
Import["https://raw.githubusercontent.com/FeynCalc/feyncalc/master/install.m"]
InstallFeynCalc[InstallFeynCalcDevelopmentVersion -> True]
The InstallFeynCalcDevelopmentVersion option makes the difference.
