Output:
Factoring[4 Pair[LorentzIndex[\[Mu]], LorentzIndex[\[Nu]]]]

In the previous version(8.20) the output seems to be:
4 Pair[LorentzIndex[\[Mu]], LorentzIndex[\[Nu]]]
My Mathematica version is 10.1
