put external momenta to zero?

Dear all,

I want to compute a box diagram and want to put the external momenta to zero. But if I use the option "InitialSubstitutions" of OneLoop it doesn't work.
Do you know the reason for this problem? Is it possible that FeynCalc can't handle "ScalarProduct" if one momentum is 0?
Is it possible to expand the propagators with FeynCalc in a easy way or is it necessary to interpret and expand the FeynArts output by hand before using FeynCalc?
