Unless you provide explicit numbers the
Eps - function never makes any assumptions about
upper or lower indices:

I remeber that I once implemented Upper and Lower,
but just for some experiments with Lattice-calculations.

In "normal" Lorentz-covariant perturbative calculations
you do not have to make a distinction between upper and
lower indices, or, for that matter, any specific metric.

The only place where the choice of the metric enters
is in the expressions for the propagators (GluonPropagator,
FeynAmpDenominator).

Notice that also (to my knowledge) FORM makes no
assumptions about metric etc. .
