Hi,
I fixed it in adding MomentumExpand inside EpsEvaluate which is used in Contract.
So, now:
In[1]:= <<HighEnergyPhysics`FeynCalc`

In[2]:= $FeynCalcVersion

Out[2]= 5.1.0beta2

In[3]:= Contract[Eps[LorentzIndex[a], LorentzIndex[b], LorentzIndex[c], LorentzIndex[d]]*FV[p, a]*FV[p + q, b]]

Out[3]= eps[c, d, p, q]
