changed the search for a FeynArts installation such that it is
also possible to put the full FeynArts installation not in
HighEnergyPhysics but in HighEnergyPhysics/FeynArts (which I like ...).
Nothing is slowed down and all the old things should also still work.

Changed the way packages are auto declared.
I.e., now one has to declare the directories which should be considered to
be auto declared. Otherwise one has to always add directories (like fcexamples)
to the negative list. This is not convenient.
Need to change the documentation eventually.

added FeynCalcPrint which listens to Global`$FeynCalcStartupMessages
This is usefule since in the examples (and probably in day-to-day
work too) one does not want to see any startup messages.
Neither Mathematica nor any of the other packages (except FeynArts)
generate start up messages ...

Changed the way installation works.
FeynCalc can be installed anywhere and subsequently being loade by:
<</fullpathname/HighEnergyPhysics/FeynCalc.m
or,
installed into any place on $Path (e.g. $UserBaseDirectory).
Then the first occurence on $Path of HighEnergyPhysics/ is
taken as $FeynCalcDirectory.
I.e., normal installation will always work and FeynCalc can be
loaded just by
<<HighEnergyPhysics`FeynCalc`

For special cases comments are put into FCConfig.m on how to load
one of multiple FeynCalc installations (on $Path).
